How to get there
By train & bus
Direct trains to King’s Lynn run hourly from London King’s Cross, Cambridge and Ely. The train journey from London Kings Cross takes just under 2 hours, from Cambridge 50 minutes, from Ely 30 minutes. Connections via Ely enable journeys across country to Peterborough which is a major junction for the North and South. The gallery is a 20 minute walk from the station across the largely pedestrianised town centre. Head towards the river and the Custom House.
King’s Lynn is on the route for Excel buses running regularly to/ from Norwich Bus Station and to/from Peterborough and the journey takes approximately 1 hour 40 minutes in each direction.
King’s Lynn is at the junction of major roads… A17 West to Lincolnshire, A47 East to Norwich and West to Peterborough, A149 North to Norfolk coast and A10 South to Ely, Cambridge and London.
There is no parking immediately outside the gallery but there is off-road space so that people can be set down in front, and there are plenty of spaces in the vicinity. To see a map of public car parks nearby click here: https://www.west-norfolk.gov.uk/info/20184/council_car_parks
